What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as the central point of contact for all questions regarding social insurance! You will become a true all-rounder in a varied range of tasks.

Your daily work includes:

• Advising customers at the counter and by phone on all social insurance topics

• Processing and reviewing benefit applications with a focus on supplementary benefits

• Calculating medical costs and conducting audits

• Recording and managing contribution-liable businesses, self-employed persons, and non-employed individuals

In addition, you check wage certificates and process applications for family allowances as well as maternity and paternity benefits. Close cooperation with various partners makes your work particularly exciting and varied. No day is the same. Perfect for those who love diversity!

What do I need to be successful?

You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification and have already gained practical experience in the social insurance sector.
