Our partner is an industrial company active in the watchmaking sector, recognised for its expertise in component manufacturing and its technical know-how. As part of the development of its activities and the transformation of its production, it is looking for a Production Manager to support the evolution of its Supply Line and actively contribute to its industrial performance.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You manage the production activities of your sector and ensure the achievement of objectives in terms of safety, quality, costs and deadlines
- You plan and adapt the necessary resources to effectively meet the needs of the activity
- You implement and develop performance indicators to monitor and sustainably improve the sector's results
- You supervise a team, support its development and promote versatility, autonomy and employee engagement
- You participate in the integration of new equipment and support their ramp-up within production
- You take part in various projects related to industrialisation, continuous improvement and organisational evolution
- You support teams during change phases and contribute to evolving working methods
- You ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations

- You have a higher technical education and proven experience in managing industrial production
- You have solid experience in performance management and continuous improvement
- You master the challenges related to change management and organisational evolution
- You are familiar with the watch component production sector and its main industrial processes
- You are proficient with common office software tools
