• you care for and support the guests according to their needs
• you adhere to guidelines and follow doctors' instructions
• you ensure needs-oriented care and support
• the workload can, depending on preference, range between 50% and 100%

requirements

• you have completed training as a health specialist EFZ (Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence) (recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required for foreign diplomas)
• you have already gained professional experience in long-term care
