- Completed commercial training (EFZ) or experience in customer dialogue
- Very good German and French or Italian skills (C1), English is an advantage
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and solution orientation
- Team player with enthusiasm for the service sector
- Confident use of MS Office and affinity for digital tools
