You love working with people and feel just as comfortable outdoors in agriculture. As a reliable and empathetic personality, you lead the two areas "barn" and "arable farming" of our organically certified farm together with specialists. You support employees in their daily work and thus make a significant contribution to offering this diverse workplace tailored to their needs.
