Head of Cash Desk/Supervision Team
Office for Culture | Bündner Kunstmuseum | 30-40 % | Chur
We are looking for a Head of Cash Desk/Supervision on an hourly wage basis for the Bündner Kunstmuseum in the Office for Culture from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Leading the cash desk and supervision team with 23 employees
- Personnel deployment planning and time recording control
- Organisation and management of team meetings
- Personnel planning and safety management during special museum openings
- Responsibility and control function for the cash register system
- Preparation of statistics
- Administrative tasks
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial or equivalent training with professional experience
- Flexibility as well as an independent, service- and solution-oriented working style
- Confident appearance and a pleasant, friendly manner
- Flawless command of German
- Foreign language skills in English, Romansh and Italian are desirable
- Interest in art and culture
