Head of Nursing / Registered Nurse, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will take on the professional and personnel leadership of the nursing team
• You will be responsible for promoting interdisciplinary collaboration among all professional groups
• Furthermore, you will participate in the holistic care and support of the residents
• Active participation in the management team, projects and meetings completes your range of duties
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF / DNII or specialist in long-term care and support (m/f/d)
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required
• Further training in team leadership is a great advantage but can also be completed afterwards
• You are also experienced in handling nursing documentation and performance recording
• Do you also consider yourself assertive, socially competent and responsible?
