For one of our clients, a Vaud-based real estate agency, we are looking for:
Property Manager 100%
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification
- You have Swiss experience in the field
- You speak French fluently
- You are proficient with common IT tools (MS Office)
- You have a driving licence and your own vehicle
- You are responsible for a portfolio of properties (rental and condominium ownership) and maintain regular contact with owners, tenants and caretakers
- You carry out regular building inspections (water installations, lighting, heating and safety measures)
- You handle claims and participate in budget preparation
- You complete entry and exit formalities and draw up various contracts
- You are equally comfortable with the technical, administrative and rental management aspects
