What is my role?

• Machining demanding workpieces according to drawings and specifications

• Setting up, programming and optimising the machines

• Performing grinding work in the µm range

• Monitoring and ensuring the required quality

• Independent quality control using common measuring instruments

• Detecting and correcting process and machine deviations

• Carrying out minor maintenance and servicing tasks

• Contributing to the optimisation of manufacturing processes

What do I need to be successful?

Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, mechanic EFZ or comparable training

• Professional experience in centreless grinding is essential

• Good knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings

• Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment

• Precise, independent and quality-conscious working method

• Technical understanding and enjoyment of demanding machining

• Willingness to take responsibility

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
