Tasks

Ensuring workflows on the construction site
Actively working on site when required
Being responsible for quality and occupational safety within the team
Coordinating assembly assignments with site management and project management
Guiding and orienting the team in daily work

Requirements

Apprenticeship qualification as a carpenter EFZ
Further training as a timber construction foreman is ideal
Willingness for personal and professional development
Technical understanding of construction and strong organisational skills
Confident use of common IT tools
