Management and biannual updating of the course schedule with module leaders
Budget monitoring of accounting flows and IT equipment of the Management/Business Administration department
Management of the semester exams of the Management/Business Administration department
Organization and follow-up of the department council meetings
Management of the website of the Management/Business Administration department
Requirements
Commercial CFC with several years of professional experience in the role (an equivalent qualification may also be accepted)
Flexible personality, with strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities with different types of interlocutors
Comfort with IT tools and interest in learning new applications; experience with intranet portals for administrative processes (and myUnifr in particular) is an asset
Mastery of French or German with good knowledge of the other language (spoken and written); knowledge of English would be an asset
