What you can achieve:

You are responsible for the coordination, management and continuous improvement of the security and protection framework at the Dagmersellen site
You take on operational security management as well as risk assessment and crisis management
You are responsible for technical security systems as well as the operational readiness of evacuation and emergency plans
You lead security processes, procedures and documentation and conduct training, audits and awareness sessions
You coordinate managers and stakeholders and actively support security projects
You ensure business continuity and resilience

What you bring:

Extensive experience in security management as well as knowledge of industrial and corporate security environments
Experience in leading teams and stakeholders
Strong organisational skills, project management experience as well as knowledge in communication and reporting
Know-how in technical security systems as well as legal and regulatory compliance
Very good English skills (written and spoken)
Knowledge in business continuity and resilience
