Our client is a leading company in the manufacturing of power semiconductors for engine controls and inverter systems, actively contributing to energy efficiency in industry and transport. The company’s innovative production technology enables the transport of renewable energy from the production site to the consumer. To ensure the operational readiness of the highly automated systems, we are seeking a qualified specialist in spare parts logistics.

Job Description

• Analysis and maintenance of system-specific spare parts lists to ensure short- and medium-term operational readiness
• Continuous maintenance and recording of spare parts, tools, and consumables
• Cost-optimised procurement of spare parts and consumables as well as handling of urgent orders
• Maintenance of master data in the warehouse management system
• Ensuring the quality of incoming spare parts and managing storage
• Optimisation of spare parts and consumables inventory (costs, capital, losses)
• Support for revisions and execution of assembly work

We expect

• Completed training in the electromechanical field, ideally with additional qualification in maintenance (e.g. polymechanic or maintenance specialist)
• Experience in spare parts logistics and warehousing
• Knowledge of relevant ordering and warehouse management systems (SAP, Ariba)
• Solid software skills (MS Office, MES and ERP systems)
• Language skills: fluent German (C1), good English (B1)
• Willingness to undertake short-notice assignments outside regular working hours
• Class B driving licence and own car
