Machine Operator 3-4 Shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsible operation and control of production equipment for coating and finishing processes in an independent working manner

• Processing of all products according to ISO standards and customer-specific requirements

• Documentation of relevant production data in the ERP system (SAP)

• Conducting continuous quality checks and initiating appropriate corrective measures in case of deviations

• Strict adherence to GMP and ISO guidelines throughout the entire workflow

• Ensuring quality standards and their consistent implementation within own area of responsibility

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed vocational training (EFZ) in a technical or production-related field

• Proven experience in shift work (3- or 4-shift system)

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Familiarity with hygiene regulations, ideally from the food or pharmaceutical industry

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is an advantage

• Service-oriented and flexible work attitude

• Strong team skills and loyal personality

• Careful and committed working style
