For the "Decommissioning Studies" group in the Radiation Protection and Safety department, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Leading the group and managing the four subordinate employees in technical, personnel, and organizational matters
- Facility management of the nuclear facility Diorit, which is being decommissioned
- Management including financial planning of decommissioning projects considering regulatory requirements and demands
- Preparation of technical reports, scientific publications, and quality management documents
- Written and oral communication with supervisory and licensing authorities
Your profile
You have a university degree in an engineering or natural science field (e.g., physics or civil engineering), preferably with a doctorate. You have already passed or are willing to successfully pass the psychological aptitude test according to the ordinance on the requirements for personnel of nuclear facilities. Ideally, you have good expertise in occupational safety, radiation protection, or civil engineering or are willing to acquire it. You are a team-oriented and communicative personality and have very good German skills (spoken and written) as well as good English skills. Initial practical experience in project management and personnel leadership completes your profile.
