Senior Project Manager
As a Project Manager in the Die Casting business, help shape the future of a key industry technology – by taking responsibility for international, highly automated plant projects from the initial offer and concept phase through to successful customer handover, and experience daily how innovative ideas become powerful solutions for our customers.
This is where you will excel
- You are responsible for leading and managing international plant projects in the die casting sector – from the offer and concept phase through planning to customer handover – with a high degree of automation
- You take on the technical leadership of the project team, including resource planning
- You conduct project analysis, identify and resolve problems, and initiate measures
- You are responsible for carrying out basic and detailed engineering involving internal and external stakeholders
- You enjoy regular contact with customers and various internal and external stakeholders and support the preparation of offers
These are the required skills
- Technical degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering (FH/HF) or similar
- Experience in managing international plant projects
- Knowledge of automation and electrical planning
- Excellent communication skills in German and English as well as the ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Independent, motivated and resilient personality, open to international travel (approx. 20%)
