GMP Production Logistics Coordinator (M/F)
Primary mission :
Reporting to the Operations and Projects teams, you are responsible for designing and implementing logistics solutions related to the production campaigns entrusted to you. You ensure the complete management of the associated logistics flows, from the provision of materials and consumables to the restocking after the campaigns are closed, in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsibilities :
- Develop the logistical concepts necessary for the smooth running of production campaigns in collaboration with the project teams.
- Ensure the logistical coordination of production campaigns, from the request for equipment to the reintegration of stocks.
- Be the main contact for project teams on all logistics-related matters.
- Make the connection between the Operations teams, the Projects teams, and the central logistics.
- Manage with precision the stocks dedicated to projects and operations (raw materials, consumables, equipment).
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and compliance of the storage areas under your responsibility.
- Plan, organize and supervise incoming goods, stock transfers and temperature-controlled product shipments.
- Ensure the permanent respect of the cold chain during logistics operations.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement by critically analyzing existing processes and proposing innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure all activities in compliance with safety, quality, hygiene and environmental protection requirements.
- Provide support to the general activities of the department as required.
Training :
- Logistics specialist CFC / EFZ.
- Desired experience in a GMP/GMP environment.
- Experience in managing logistics flows in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment is appreciated.
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills.
- Developed team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sense of responsibility, rigor and integrity.
- Continuous improvement orientation and process optimization.
- Ability to work in a demanding, regulated and ever-changing environment.
