About the job
- Conducting and supporting audits of consolidated and annual financial statements according to IFRS and Swiss accounting standards, both on-site at our clients and in a flexible hybrid working environment
- Analysing and evaluating business processes and workflows of our national and international clients to gain deep insights into the insurance industry
- Develop your technical expertise by engaging with complex topics such as regulatory requirements, risk management, and advanced accounting principles
- Utilise state-of-the-art technology to perform "Next Generation Audits" and thus increase the accuracy and efficiency of our audit processes
- Work closely with experienced professionals to foster a positive team culture and a strong client-oriented mindset within the audit team
- Receive comprehensive training and mentoring to accelerate your professional development, with opportunities for continuous learning and growth
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to extend your knowledge beyond auditing to other business areas
- Take on increasing responsibility over time, with clear advancement opportunities within our global organisation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or a comparable field of study, or a Swiss federal diploma in fiduciary / finance and accounting
- Initial professional experience in the insurance sector or financial industry is an advantage
- Highly organised personality with exceptional attention to detail and perseverance
- Strong ability to work independently, with solid analytical skills to assess information and form well-founded judgements
- Resilient, proactive, and client-oriented personality with a positive attitude towards solving complex problems and addressing client needs
- Willingness to learn and adaptability, with a proactive approach to developing new skills and using innovative technologies in auditing
- Excellent German skills and very good English skills
