Your Tasks

• You will take on the professional and personnel management of our dedicated server team with commitment
• Together with your team, you will ensure a stable, high-performance server operation in our data centers and hybrid IT environments
• You will responsibly implement IT security guidelines in the server area while keeping the big picture in mind
• You will actively contribute to the further development of our server services – always with an eye on the future
• You will coordinate and accompany projects in the area of server operations, with an open ear for stakeholders and needs

Your Profile

• You have completed an IT vocational training with corresponding IT further education (HF/FH, such as a diploma in computer science HF or a bachelor's degree in computer science) as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in a complex IT enterprise environment
• You communicate clearly, appreciatively, and on an equal footing – even in challenging situations
• You bring in-depth know-how in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid server technologies
• You are knowledgeable in the area of IT security and reliably and responsibly implement standards
• You think along, are hands-on, open to new impulses, and advance change processes together with others
