Technical Support Engineer 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces, and markets pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food industry, and cell or DNA research sectors.

This is what you can achieve:

Your exciting range of tasks, with approximately 20% travel activity, includes:

Technical advice for our worldwide organisation

Remote or on-site investigation, resolution, and support of complex technical issues

Close collaboration with numerous internal departments (R&D, Product Care, Product Management, Production, etc.)

Link and main contact person for concerns and questions from our external partners

Coordination and handling of customer complaints and support requests

Active participation in projects, definition and management of processes

Establishment and monitoring of data analyses

Support of new products, responsible for knowledge transfer to partners

Provision of service procedures, documentation, spare parts, as well as training and service concepts

Organisation and execution of training for internal and external partners

Maintenance and expansion of the knowledge base

What you bring with you:

Training as an engineer (preferably electronic / mechanical)

Understanding to comprehend and explain complex technical matters

Solution- and service-oriented working is a matter of course for you

Flexible and communicative personality with an independent and reliable working style

Good German and English skills; additional foreign languages (F/I) are an advantage
