Transa Backpacking AG has been the competence center for high-quality travel and outdoor equipment for over 45 years. The guiding principle «Out. But right.» is lived by around 500 employees. We are organized in circles and use the patterns of Sociocracy 3.0 – this ensures employees are deployed according to their skills. In the branches Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Vevey, and Winterthur, the two outlet branches, as well as the station store Yosemite in Zermatt, there are over 42,000 products from around 550 brands.
