The Corporate Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial management and controlling activities of the company, with a strong focus on revenue performance, operating cost efficiency, and financial transparency. The role is pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring high-quality reporting, and advancing the digitalisation of finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Control & Cost Management
- Own and drive operating cost (OPEX) monitoring, analysis, and optimisation across the organisation
- Further develop cost control frameworks to ensure efficiency, transparency, and scalability
- Manage and maintain the cost accounting system, including annual updates of allocation keys
Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
- Annual budgeting process with a strong emphasis on client revenue streams and profitability
- Detailed financial forecasts, including revenue projections, cost structures, and margin analysis
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide clear, actionable insights to management
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and deliver periodic management reports, including financial performance, KPIs, and variance analysis
- Produce reporting packages for the management and shareholders
- Ad hoc financial analysis and strategic insights
Revenue Management & Business Performance
- Oversee and validate sales provisions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Perform financial performance analysis of client projects, including profitability and margin tracking
- Supervise periodic client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Digitalization & Business Intelligence
- Contribute to the digital transformation of the finance function, focusing on automation and process efficiency
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI
Deine Fähigkeiten
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in controlling, ideally within infrastructure, technology, or data center environments - Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and revenue management
- Proven experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools
- Fluency in English and German is required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders
