For our People & Culture Leadership Team, we are looking for a new team member. In this responsible leadership position, you and your team leaders will play a central role in shaping and further developing our HR strategy.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the operational, strategic, and personnel management of the HR Business Partner and Advisors area, including budget responsibility and resource management within the team
- Co-design of the ongoing HR transformation together with your peers in the leadership team and in close exchange with the Head of People & Culture
- Translating the business strategy into overarching people initiatives, questioning the status quo, and incorporating market trends
- Designing a future-oriented HR business partnering, developing and implementing frameworks for data-driven consulting and business support
- Ensuring timely and high-quality implementation of recurring HR processes together with the HR Services, People Strategy, Talent Development, and Recruiting teams
- Leading HR initiatives and their implementation for the sustainable development of our business strategy
- Representing People & Culture in internal and external committees or working groups
Your profile
- Completed university degree, ideally in business administration or similar
- Deep HR expertise across various disciplines (Comp&Ben, succession planning, talent development, governance, etc.)
- At least 15 years of professional experience, plus several years of leadership experience in HR, ideally with responsibility for larger teams and experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making processes
- Expertise in change management and HR transformation projects
- High communication skills / fluent in German and English to actively engage with stakeholders at eye level
- Independent, responsible, efficient, and solution-oriented working style, economic and innovative thinking, as well as end-to-end process understanding
- High resilience, flexibility, assertiveness, and the ability to motivate and develop teams
