Requirements Profile

• A completed education as a certified Registered Nurse HF
• Several years of experience in child and adolescent psychiatry
• Sound knowledge in working with key persons for young people
• Flexibility and mobility – driving licence category B and willingness to be on the move
• An independent and responsible working style, combined with empathy and openness

Tasks

• Reliable working hours: No night shifts, no weekends – plan your working hours yourself and flexibly!
• Taking responsibility: You accompany young people through challenging life situations with milieu therapy and support their families as a key contact person.
• Committed teamwork: In an interdisciplinary environment, you contribute significantly to case management and the implementation of individual treatment processes.
• Promoting independence: Together with a dedicated team, you help young people and their relatives to gradually gain autonomy.
• Open participation: Your ideas are welcome! Actively influence the design and development of our new youth psychiatry service.
