Your training
- Three-year basic training as a Commercial Clerk EFZ (Services & Administration)
- Varied assignments in different departments such as Human Resources, Finance, as well as Operations and Technology
- Getting to know the diverse processes of a modern mobility company
- Active participation in day-to-day business and exciting projects
- Opportunity to get to know BLT from different perspectives
- Personal guidance and support from experienced trainers
- Acquisition of professional and personal fundamentals for a successful start in working life

- School leaving certificate level E or P with good to very good grades
- Reliable and careful working style
