What you can achieve

• ? Together with your business partners, you are responsible for the demand plan for the next 18 months of your assigned area.

• ? With your flair for numbers and analytical skills, you quickly and reliably draw attention to deviations from the financial forecast or the supply plan.

• ? You share responsibility for verifying the rolling forecast for financial controlling.

• ? You measure and analyse demand metrics and actively help to improve planning accuracy.

• ? You regularly exchange information with sales, IBP supply chain planning, controlling, marketing, and other departments to reflect the potential impacts of market trends and demand drivers in the long-term sales and revenue plan.

What you bring with you

• ? You have experience in demand planning, production planning, disposition, or a comparable function in the supply chain environment.

• ? Experience in demand planning (preferably in FMCG) or a comparable position is an advantage.

• ? You are an optimistic and passionate personality who enjoys thinking strategically and interconnectedly.

• ? You are proficient with common MS Office programmes, especially your Excel skills are proven. Terms like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts are familiar to you.

• ? You are solution-oriented, conceptually skilled, and understand complex relationships.

• ? You communicate confidently in German. English skills are an advantage, and additional languages are a plus.
