What is my role?

• Technical and personnel leadership as well as promotion and further development of employees

• Ensuring timely, efficient and quality-compliant order processing

• Planning and coordination of the optimal deployment of employees, production resources and tools

• Active participation and support in the assembly teams

• Ensuring quality standards in the assembly of solenoid valves and blow moulds

• Participation in the introduction of new products and the establishment of new assembly workstations

• Compliance with assembly processes and EKAS guidelines

• Continuous optimisation of assembly processes through lean methods

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, electromechanic or comparable

• Several years of assembly experience in an industrial company

• Initial leadership experience advantageous

• Knowledge in electrical engineering and pneumatics advantageous

• Good MS Office skills

• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style

• High flexibility, resilience and reliability

• Team-oriented personality with appreciative communication
