Customer Service Representative (DE/IT/FR Inbound)

Your tasks:

• Professional support and advice to our customers by telephone and e-mail in German and French or Italian
• Processing of enquiries, orders and complaints
• Ensuring a smooth process in day-to-day business
• Close cooperation with internal departments
• Active contribution to a positive customer experience

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or experience in customer service
• Career changers with a strong service orientation are also welcome
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and French or Italian
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Reliable, flexible and team-oriented personality
