Your Tasks
You introduce new employees, certified HF, students NDS HF, and certified experts in intensive care NDS HF (or equivalent training) in the intensive care unit.
You support and promote the students NDS HF practically in the transfer between theory and practice on the KIM and document their learning progress and learning objectives.
You teach theoretical units and participate in examinations at the practical learning location.
You take on delegated tasks from the head of continuing education in intensive care and the respective team leader or the head of nursing KIM.
Your Profile
You have completed training as a certified expert in intensive care NDS HF IPS / FA IPS (Swiss professional certificate) and have 3 years of professional experience.
You have a pedagogical education according to the guidelines of the framework curriculum NDS HF Intensive Care or are willing to complete such training (SVEB 1).
You have an interest and joy in accompanying people as well as conveying structured expertise.
You bring a high level of professional, self, and social competence and have IT skills.
You engage with the professional roles and embody the respective role model function.
You orient yourself to your role as a vocational trainer in the learning concepts of the practical learning location.
