The position is initially limited. If there is mutual interest, there is the possibility to continue the employment permanently and with a higher workload afterwards.

What you can achieve with us
As a hippotherapist, you will treat children and adolescents in individual sessions, maintain the associated documentation, and work closely with the special education riding therapist, the horse handlers, and the voluntary helpers on site. The therapies are currently conducted on Wednesday mornings. There is a prospect of additional lessons in the future and thus a possible increase in the employment rate. The exact scope and timing of an expansion are still open.
What you bring with you
You have a diploma in physio- and hippotherapy for children and – if possible – experience in therapy for children and adolescents with disabilities. You are an open and flexible personality and enjoy working with different stakeholders (parents, special educators, doctors, disability insurance). Confident use of common Office programmes is a matter of course for you.

We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Adolescents Zollikofen – a private, politically and denominationally neutral organisation with a charitable purpose. Our task is to support and accompany people with special needs from birth to young adulthood.
We offer additional services to parents, teachers of public schools and special primary schools as well as to professionals. Our core competencies lie in the support and accompaniment of young people with visual impairment, blindness, multiple disabilities or from the autism spectrum.
