Spitex Fricktal AG is an open-minded, modern and innovative non-profit Spitex. With around 100 employees and 20 apprentices, we ensure daily that people in the Fricktal region can live independently and safely at home. For over 600 clients, we carry out around 140,000 assignments annually – from somatic care to psychiatric services and specialised palliative care.
We are in an exciting phase of development and are investing purposefully in people, processes and digitalisation. For this, we are looking for individuals who take responsibility, think along and want to shape the future together with us.
To strengthen our team at the Stein location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual who takes responsibility and not only ensures but also further develops the core business of the nursing staff together with us.
Nursing Team Leader 80 to 100 %
What you bring
- At least a Health Professional EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Further training in coaching or leadership is an advantage
- You live a positive feedback culture in leadership, have the courage to address conflicts; a good team culture is important to you
- Several years of professional experience in healthcare, preferably outpatient (Spitex)
- Experience in supporting teams and employees in change processes
- Knowledge in moderation, coaching methods and employee development
- Good IT user skills, Perigon knowledge is an advantage
Your tasks
- Leading the employees at the location in the areas of communication, performance and team culture
- Organising and moderating team meetings, events and collegial consultations
- Meaningful use and management of resources (bottlenecks are recognised early so that client admission can be ensured)
- Professional, transparent and solution-oriented support of teams and employees
- Conducting conversations (introduction, feedback, development) according to guidelines
- Support in conflicts within the team or with clients, in cooperation with the quality department
- Co-responsibility for achieving operational goals and further development of the operation
- Designing and developing work organisation, responsibilities and collaboration within the central framework
- Introduction and support of new employees
- Support and assignments in nursing
