3D Measurement Technician 90 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Inspection and measurement of composite vehicle parts, individual parts, moulding forms and fixtures using 3D measuring arm, laser scanner and hand measuring tools

• Creation of measurement programmes and test reports as well as documentation in the quality system

• Identification of non-conforming parts and processing of error reports

• Collaboration with production engineering, design and production

• Technical support for measurement and drawing-related issues

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training with experience in quality assurance

• Experience with 3D measuring arms and very good knowledge of the software Polyworks

• Confident handling of hand measuring tools and reading technical drawings (ISO GPS 8015)

• Knowledge of composite production and AUKOM level 1 & 2 desirable

• Structured, independent working style as well as high resilience

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

• Business fluent German or English skills
