Operator-Setter (M/F)

With over 60 years of experience and innovation in the field of sapphire and plastic injection, we have acquired and developed unique and complementary expertise in the production of customised parts. These skills meet the requirements of our clients both technically and aesthetically.

To strengthen our "Roughing" sector, we are looking for a:

Mission:

• Prepare and set up machines to start production, perform zeroing and machining of the first part, ensure tool changes and quality control during the series, and guarantee smooth production, in collaboration with the mechanic-setter for complex adjustments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform zeroing of tools and standard settings;
• Change tools according to instructions and ensure proper assembly;
• Carry out machining and inspection of the first part;
• Operate series production and perform dimensional/visual checks during the process;
• Apply SPC monitoring and record controls during the series;
• Make minor corrections (standard cycles, small deviations);
• Complete production documentation (work orders, control sheets);
• Report any technical or quality anomalies to the mechanic-setter;
• Comply with quality, safety and cleanliness rules.

Profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Production Mechanic;
• Additional CNC modules, an advantage;
• Practical experience on CNC machines in the industrial sector;
• Knowledge of CNC machine setting and operation;
• Ability to read simple plans and use common control tools;
• Understanding of manufacturing processes;
• Precision, rigour and reliability;
• Collaborative spirit and team orientation;
• Responsiveness and adaptability;
• Autonomy in assigned tasks.

Working hours: 2x8 shifts
