Your tasks
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements according to REKOLE and Swiss GAAP FER
- Collaboration in the preparation of budgets and forecasts together with the responsible departments
- Preparation of data for performance planning
- Collaboration in the preparation of the monthly management reporting including forecast
- Support in the implementation of measures to increase efficiency and cost control
- Optimisation and further development of controlling processes and controlling tools, also in the area of investment planning and investment controlling
- Preparation of the annual SpiGes data set, hospital statistics and ITAR_K as well as the REKOLE recertification
- Close cooperation with those responsible in the departments
Your profile
- Business administration training in controlling, FH, HF or comparable further education
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools, preferably SAP and TM1 as well as very good Excel skills
- Professional experience in controlling, preferably in healthcare
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and the ability to present complex issues clearly
- Independent, proactive working style and high commitment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
