About the Role

As a welding specialist, you will be responsible for assembling and producing high-precision metal parts in various environments (workshop or construction site). Your technical expertise will contribute to the quality and safety of our metal construction and locksmithing projects. Your main tasks

• Technical welding: Performing complex welds according to mastered techniques (TIG, MIG, MAG, coated electrode).

• Reading and interpretation: Rigorous analysis of assembly plans and technical diagrams before intervention.

• Preparation and finishing: Cutting, chamfering, and grinding/finishing work to ensure impeccable results before painting or surface treatment.

• Versatility: Ability to work on different types of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) and in various positions (including at height on scaffolding or a cherry picker).

• Quality: Strict adherence to safety standards and current welding procedures.

• Training and Experience: Diploma in welding or industrial mechanics, with significant experience in the field (metal construction or locksmithing).
• Technical skills: Proven mastery of welding processes (ideally certified). Experience in reading assembly plans is essential.
• Autonomy: Ability to adjust your welding equipment yourself and work independently on site or in the workshop.
• International profiles: We accept applications from foreign professionals. Excellent technical mastery is required. You must be ready to settle in Switzerland and comply with administrative procedures related to obtaining work permits if applicable.
