In the heart of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer
various locations for living and life space for adults
with cognitive or multiple disabilities.
At the location Mainaustrasse, people with different
disabilities live. For the supervisory and operational management of the
location, we are looking for someone starting on January 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
Location Management (80 to 100%)
Your tasks:
In this role, you will manage the Mainaustrasse location with an
external living group according to social pedagogical and operational principles. You
are responsible for the well-being of the 29 residents in the areas of
housing, daily structure, and workshop, ensuring a quality of care
based on expertise and appreciation. You will accompany, promote, and
challenge the approximately 45 employees and ensure an efficient operation of the
residential home. Together with the other location managers and the
institutional and business management, you will actively participate in the continuous
development of the overall institution. You will represent the residential home proactively
to the outside and maintain good relationships with the relatives of the residents, with
authorities, institutions, and other stakeholders. You will represent the
institutional management in their absence.
Your profile:
- Solid professional experience in working with people with multiple
disabilities - You approach our residents with empathy and on equal terms
- A completed education in social pedagogy or similar
- Extensive leadership experience with appropriate leadership training,
with which you can lead our team competently and participatively. - For challenges, you seek pragmatic solutions, have a high
social competence, are resilient, and possess assertiveness - Very good German and IT skills
