Role:
As a Service Technician Energy and Water Measurement Systems, you are responsible for the professional commissioning, maintenance and repair of modern measurement systems. With your technical know-how, you support our customers on site, analyse measurement data and ensure reliable operation of the systems.
Responsibilities:
Independent and professional execution of commissioning and replacement orders on energy and water measurement systems and their peripheral devices
Execution of service and repair orders
Commissioning of gas meters, gas control technology and gas electronics
Conducting technical surveys to support the sales office
In-depth engagement with communication technologies such as wired fieldbuses, Ethernet and radio communication
Evaluation and analysis of measurement data
Instruction and training of customers during system handover
Ensuring high service and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrical installer, heating installer or sanitary installer
Experience with gas installations is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and good understanding of IT and software-related topics
Quality-conscious, structured and solution-oriented working style
High service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
NIV 15 connection permit is an advantage
Ideally residing in the Zurich or Central Switzerland region
