Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d)

• You lead a team of up to 20 employees in the morning shift from approx. 04:00 to 13:00
• Together with your team and supervisor, you ensure smooth and efficient shift operations
• Proper goods inspection from goods receipt to goods issue is a matter of course for you
• You plan the storage and handling area available to you
• Helping with loading and unloading is natural for you, as you like to pitch in and check that everything is correct
• Work safety is your highest priority – you actively exemplify it and consistently implement it in your area of responsibility. You also place great value on order and discipline
• You report damage cases and reservations regarding non-compliant goods deliveries

• You have solid professional and leadership experience in logistics or production
• You already hold a forklift licence
• You are proficient with computers and experienced in using common hardware and software
• You can express yourself very well and confidently in German, both orally and in writing
• Your efficient, independent and reliable working style distinguishes you and you gladly take on responsibility
• You possess flexibility, quality awareness and teamwork skills, and you are a true organisational talent
