On behalf of our partner, the main tasks consist of:
Organising and preparing the operating environment or ensuring anaesthetic monitoring depending on your specialisation.
Working in synergy with surgical and medical teams to guarantee the smooth running of each procedure.
Strictly applying the safety, asepsis, and hygiene protocols in force.
Anticipating and adjusting the needs for equipment, devices, or treatments during the intervention.
Ensuring the administrative follow-up of acts and overseeing the proper maintenance of medical equipment.
Qualifications
To succeed in integration with our client, the expected skills are:
A nursing diploma specialised in anaesthesia or operating theatre (IBODE / IDDO).
Excellent responsiveness and rigorous management of emergency situations.
A certification or specialisation in pain management is a valuable advantage.
A collaborative attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to maintain calm communication under pressure.
Profiles holding an EU or EFTA diploma are welcome, subject to recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) obtained or in process.
