Laboratory Technician Microbiological Quality Control – Location Bern
Your Mission:

Your Role in the Team:
As part of our dedicated and collegial QC Microbiology Team, you ensure that our products and production environments meet the highest microbiological standards. You process samples, monitor environmental and utilities monitoring, and check microbial integrity (e.g., through Container Closure Integrity Tests). Your work is crucial for the efficacy and safety of our therapies.
Your Tasks at a Glance:
- Perform microbiological analyses on routine samples, raw materials, and water samples in a GMP-regulated environment
- Accurate recording and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative data in the data management system
- Ensuring sample integrity and supporting troubleshooting in the laboratory
- Review of analysis results and maintenance of high-precision laboratory equipment
- Participation in process optimizations and introduction of new technologies
- Flexibility: If necessary, you take shifts on weekends to ensure critical analyses
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a laboratory technician, laboratory assistant, BTA, MTA, or a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biology, chemistry, or comparable
- Perfect German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Microbiological knowledge and laboratory experience desirable
- Precise, conscientious, and detail-oriented working style
