Assembly Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Technical and personnel management of the assembly teams in Switzerland and the DACH region

• Training and further development of the fitters

• Planning and coordination of personnel, subcontractors and equipment for ongoing projects

• Organisation and supervision of construction sites regarding deadlines, quality and occupational safety

• Management of subcontractors and personnel service providers

• Ensuring assembly quality and approvals

• Participation in construction and coordination meetings

• Close collaboration with project management, design and production

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in metal or steel construction (EFZ or equivalent)

• Further training as assembly/workshop manager, foreman or technician HF

• Several years of leadership experience in the assembly sector

• Sound knowledge in deployment planning, work preparation and construction site organisation

• Good knowledge of occupational safety and its implementation

• Assertiveness and strong communication skills

• Teamwork skills and independent working style

• Willingness to undertake assignments in Switzerland and the DACH region
