To strengthen our fiduciary team in Bern, we are looking for an experienced, well-connected personality with leadership potential as a trustee or fiduciary expert.
Trustee with Leadership Responsibility (m/f/d) 80% - 100%
This is what you can ACHIEVE
- You are the contact person for our SME clients and support them holistically in finance, VAT, personnel administration and social insurance.
- You ensure that accounting as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements are prepared correctly, clearly and on time.
- You ensure precise VAT and social insurance calculations.
- You manage payroll accounting and personnel administration reliably and in a structured manner.
- You lead and coach a motivated team of 4 employees and promote their development.
- If desired, you can take responsibility in exciting projects and actively contribute to the further development of our fiduciary department.
Your profile EXCITES, because you
- have a federal professional certificate in fiduciary services or are a certified fiduciary expert and bring solid practical experience.
- are communicative, empathetic and team-oriented.
- think entrepreneurially and customer proximity is a matter of course for you.

- are rooted and well connected in the Bern region.
- have confident German language skills; English and French skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
