• Leading and further developing a motivated HR team with two employees
• Coordinating the administrative HR processes at two locations (Uster/Wetzikon)
• Responsibility for monthly payroll changes
• Ensuring a clearly structured, efficient working day even in hectic phases
• Prioritizing tasks and recognizing challenges in the team’s daily routine early
• Accompanying and training our apprentices with expertise and heart

• Commercial basic education or a comparable qualification
• HR specialist certificate is an advantage
