About the job
What is my role?
You ensure that production runs smoothly and that both quality and quantity are correct
Feedback into the ERP system is part of your daily tasks
Safety, quality and hygiene are your top priorities
You independently carry out minor repairs and clean your plant
You actively contribute to the smooth running of operations
You are happy to get involved in KAIZEN projects such as changeover workshops or shopfloor discussions
What do I need to be successful?
You have a basic technical education - ideally as a Plant Operator EFZ, Print Media Practitioner EBA, Packaging Printer EFZ or Packaging Technologist EFZ
You already have a few years of experience as a machine operator in production
Shift work is no problem for you - whether day shift or two-shift operation, you are flexible and willing to pitch in when needed
You are proficient with computers
You speak good German
Quality is important to you, you are happy to help out and are a true team player
You enjoy working hand in hand with your colleagues before and after you in the production chain
If you already have experience in the packaging industry - even better!
