You will take responsibility in the front kitchen - from actively working in the team to daily responsibilities. You ensure that our dishes are prepared according to Bloomell standards, support your team for a smooth operation, and ensure an efficient, clean, and structured working method in the kitchen. YOUR TASKS
- Preparation of high-quality breakfast, brunch, and desserts according to Bloomell standards
- Responsibility for compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Ensuring a smooth operation in the kitchen during service times
- Ordering, goods receipt, and inventory management according to the "First In, First Out" principle
- Completed basic training as a cook, baker-pastry chef-confectioner or comparable training with experience
- Experience in breakfast, brunch, or system gastronomy is an advantage
- Enjoyment of fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Resilience, independence, teamwork, and reliability
