Head of Remuneration & Social Security

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a team of specialists responsible for "Remuneration & Social Security" activities (payroll, management and administration of social security, time management),
• Manage annual processes regarding salary adjustments, annual and long-term performance remuneration, participation plans and job reviews (creation, modification and cancellation of roles),
• Contribute to the development of remuneration policies,
• Prepare various elements for salary surveys, analyse them and propose any necessary remuneration adjustments,
• Establish, monitor and manage HR budgets (payroll and headcount),
• Participate in various HR projects and report preparation related to the department's activities,
• Ensure the proper functioning and development of SAP Remuneration and Time Management modules.

Your Profile

• University or equivalent higher education,
• Proven experience of 10 years in a similar position with team management,
• Excellent knowledge of social security in Switzerland,
• Personality with good communication skills, rigour, and precision,
• Very good command of SAP and Excel IT tools,
• Native French speaker, German is an advantage.
