CNC Manufacturing Technician (m/f/d)

Role:
As a CNC and process specialist, you actively shape the future of our production. You combine technical sensitivity with analytical thinking to optimise manufacturing processes and continuously improve programmes. Your focus is on efficiency, precision, and innovation – and you enjoy contributing both in the office and directly at the machine.
Responsibilities:
Programming and further development of CNC machining processes for new and series components
Continuous process analysis and implementation of improvement measures to increase quality and productivity
Responsibility for tool management, cutting data optimisation, and machine performance
Close collaboration with production, development, and quality assurance to coordinate technical solutions
Project work in the areas of process optimisation, automation, and standardisation
Active support of the team in complex manufacturing tasks
Qualifications:
Technical basic training, preferably as a polymechanic or manufacturing technician
Solid CNC experience (turning/milling) and confident handling of CAM systems, ideally Mastercam
Knowledge of manufacturing optimisation and lean methods
Independent, committed, and solution-oriented personality with technical understanding
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and state-of-the-art manufacturing technology
Business fluent German skills
