About the job
Your main missions
As the person responsible for continuing education, you will be expected to:
• increase, structure and coordinate the continuing education offer in the engineering field,
• ensure coherence and quality,
• develop necessary partnerships and support,
• promote the courses offered,
• maintain close relations with the competent cantonal authorities, the ORTRA and other stakeholders in the field
Your profile
You hold a master’s level qualification or equivalent in a field related to the activities of the University of Applied Sciences.
You have significant professional experience in your area of expertise as well as in knowledge transfer and adult education.
You are able to design, develop and coordinate continuing education offers that meet the needs of professional environments. You maintain contacts with partners in the economic and institutional fabric and contribute to the development of continuing education activities.
You demonstrate autonomy, organisation and good interpersonal skills. You enjoy teamwork and are comfortable coordinating projects.
You are proficient in French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of English is an asset.
Activity rate: 80-100%
Place of work: Neuchâtel
