About the job
You want to demonstrate your gained experience across companies in internal sales, customer service or order processing at a market leader and wish to take on a demanding and versatile role within internal sales.
Complete handling of customer enquiries and orders via shops, e-mail, project business, etc.
Support and advise customers
Respond to price enquiries, create standard quotations and process orders
Support sales consultants, account managers and key account managers
Create general sales correspondence and shipping documents
Process visit reports as well as maintain customer and master data
Send samples and documentation

Your profile
Sociable, positive personality with assertiveness
High degree of independence and initiative
Good analytical skills with a natural understanding of numbers
SME affinity with a desire to help shape organisational development
Your qualifications
Commercial training or equivalent further education
Several years of professional experience in internal sales, customer service, order processing
Very good IT skills: MS Office, MS Dynamics 365 BC
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills in spoken and written form
