To strengthen the technical department, we are looking for a technically skilled and reliable individual for plant maintenance in manufacturing.
Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you will take on a central role in the operation of production equipment and actively support the manufacturing process.
Maintenance, repair, and modifications of production equipment and operating resources
Setting up, converting, and adjusting machines for new production orders
Ensuring a stable and trouble-free production process according to product specifications
Supervision and maintenance of various production systems, including injection moulding, brushing, and packaging equipment
Analysis and resolution of technical faults
Execution of mechanical manufacturing tasks on milling and turning machines for operating resources, tools, or prototypes
Collaboration in the introduction of new products and support of development regarding technical feasibility in production
Carrying out quality measurements on semi-finished products
Participation in special production processes within manufacturing
Support in technical projects and optimisations in the production area
A thorough induction is guaranteed. Specific training for the manufacturing equipment and special machines used is provided by the manufacturer.
Your Profile
Technical basic training, e.g. as a polymechanic, production mechanic, automation technician, machine assembler, or comparable
Experience in plant maintenance, mechanical engineering, or machine assembly is an advantage
Good mechanical knowledge, ideally complemented by basic knowledge in controls, sensors, or pneumatics
Experience in setting up and supervising production equipment is an advantage
Willingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies and equipment
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Team-oriented, down-to-earth, and responsible personality
Candidates from machine assembly or technical maintenance who wish to develop further towards production equipment are also welcome.
